Geese Squad – iOS

Issue:
The client asked us to design and produce a Canadian-themed app for kids.

Implication:
The client had an opportunity to diversify their kids games and wanted to occupy a space in the mobile marketplace.

Solution:

We conceived and built Geese Squad as a native iOS app with Cocos2d framework and Box2d physics. It uses the device’s accelerometer to steer a chevron of geese on their winter migration. Players pick up loonies and twoonies, blue berries, maple sugar and other geese. Players also must avoid wacky golfers, rock-throwing kids, airplanes, American eagles and the occasional Avro Arrow. Players can soil their enemies with the only resource that flying geese have.

Result:
The Canadian App Store has featured the app and it has garnered a note-worthy 4.5 out of 5 stars.
