Some reports say that we were lucky to be called back.

It wasn’t that we were lucky. We actually had the tickets in our shopping carts, when Apple’s servers bounced. The servers failed to properly verify our Apple IDs and after a couple of attempts the tickets disappeared. I’m sure that Apple had a record of the failed transactions.

This occurred at the same time to two members of our team, who were logged in on two different Macs. The server failing to complete the transactions happened simultaneously. About five and a half hours afterward, we got calls from Apple’s developer support saying that they had noticed we were having trouble. Luck had no part in it.

That did it... Who would have guessed that you actually had to tap on the Apple ID to get a menu of information. Thanks!

Thanks Tim. Although my issue was on my iPad and a bit different, it was good to go in and verify that information anyway. Good to know!

@Lucy M Lucy, your balance needs to be zero before you can make the change in countries. The thing to do is go the Apple Support and start an online chat. The support person can zero out your balance, after which you can change countries. iTunes Support

I can't switch back to Canadian version from the US, because apparently I still have store credit that I must spend? But it won't let me spend that store credit- in fact, it's only 24 cents.
Can someone please help me?
Please? I'm getting kind of desperate here.

Holy bejeesus, how long did it take you to write this?
Did you compose this on your own or did you pay somebody?
Well either way, it's first-rate stuff and it's well worth a read; keep writing.
I'll be back later on and I hope you'll have more;
the last 5 sites I have been to have done an inadequate job of covering this subject.

Yes, that drove us crazy too, so we wrote a menubar app to have control over snoozing the Apple Calendar alerts. Check out "SnoozeMaster" on the App Store. Hope everyone likes it?

As event planners, we schedule several events at one time, so does this app allow you to work on more than one event simultaneously?
