I will give ALL apps that claim to be free one star! They’re lucky they even get one. It’s by far the SLEAZIEST marketing tactic you can pull on somebody. Newsstand’s soul purpose is to rip off stupid people who get the false hope they just downloaded a free magazine.
It’s a shame many good developers have to suffer until Apple fixes this atrocity.

sorry, that was an old post… you would need to change the version of safari in you mods. I gave up on the work around and use Firefox or a different editor. BTW Safari’s at version 5 now… now if you wanted to know how to keep old versions of Safari around… well that’s another story.

Wordpress uses tinymce which has always worked on Safari and works on the iPad

I think diving into ipad publishing platform is essential, as the crowd using it is accustomed to spend money on products bought through itunes. Seems to me it’s quite different market, with different spending habits than “average” people.

I’m working on new marketing channels for my offline service business and was fascinated with iPeople, as they would be perfect target, but haven’t yet found a way to reach them efficiently. Publishing information related to my services is a way, but it seems to be resources and time consuming project, and it’s not that easy to reach local crowd as it is to serve global community. Any suggestions?
